A passenger lift with sufficient door width leads to all floors. Parking spaces for people with a §29b ID are located on Mozartplatz and in front of the Panorama Museum at Residenzplatz 9. The Euro key can be used to lower the bollard on Mozartplatz. A disabled WC is located on level 0 and can be reached by lift. At the Salzburg Museum there is the Café MozARTs.
